2nd Marking Period

For Assignment 11 I used a linear gradient, text and pictures to create a poster for the Robitics Club at MCSM
In assignment 12 I learned how to texture with layer modes by using clipping masks. I selected the dress, placed the pattern on top and clipped them together. Next I lowered the opacity of the pattern so that the dress can show through.

For Assignment 14a I learned how to create a painted effect look by overlaying an image distorted with a Displacement Map.

For Assignent 14b I used a Displacement Map which I learned how to do in assignment 14a to create an American Flag "mask" for President Obama
\
In Assignment 15 I used Smart Filter on Photoshop for dynamic adjustments. First I opened the image as a smart object. Next applied the Motion Blur filter to the chosen picture. Then I used the brush tool to select the area where I did not want the filter
I used a quick mask to change the hair color in the picture. I put Photoshop in Quick mask Mode and used the brush tool to select the area I wanted to change and it turned red, this is the mask. Then I changed the color to the one of my choice.

I used Adobe Illustrator to create a flash drive. I used the rectangle and ellipse tools to create the shape of the flash drive and used gradients to make it look more realistic. Lastly I added text to give it finishing touches.
I used the shape and line segment tools on Adobe Illustrator to write my name in 2D.
In this assignment, I learned how to use the minus front and divide  buttons in Pathfinder on Illustrator to prepare for the next assignment.
